Come join us at The Tin of Sardines in Durham, Sunderland & Poole...

The original Tin of Sardines can be found on Durhams Elvet Bridge and has a massive collection of over 200 Gins & 50 Mixers from across the globe. The smallest Gin bar in Durham and probably the world sets the standard for what a Gin bar should embody. Home grown herbs and botanicals are used to garnish drinks,  with in-house Ginologists on hand to find you your perfect Gin and mixer combo!

Following the success of Tin of Sardines in Durham a new bar was openend on Poole Quay in Dorset again with a big emphasis on the selection of Gins but with a nautical theme serving food including freshly caught fish from Poole Quay.

The latest addition to the Tin of Sardines is on Roker Seafront in Sunderland overlooking Roker Pier and will include the construction of an open kitchen, a hanging garden terrace overlooking the sea and the offer of an array of cuisines, from breakfasts and coffee mornings to evening brunches and locally sourced seafood and steaks by night.
